You can order fuel online, through our mobile app or with a call to our dispatch team. Our average fuel release is typically available within five minutes. We also offer the Carnet Fuel Card, which enables the customer to move freely across our network without having pre-release authorization. The Card is accepted at over 3000 locations.
AEG’s programs offer customers many cost and time saving benefits. Our Tax Recovery program, which includes VAT and Federal Excise Taxes, is one example. We take responsibility for keeping on top of various tax laws and filing all the paperwork. Customers receive the benefit of a discount in real time, and they don’t have to file for the refund.
Other offerings for AEG customers include our Carbon Offset Program and our AEG Rewards Program. Our Carbon Offset program is very unique and transparent. We have partnered with a U.S. based company that has developed a process that removes carbon from the atmosphere. All fuel purchases made with AEG are eligible to be tied to a corresponding carbon credit. AEG controls the credits and submits them for “retirement.” You can purchase carbon credits with full confidence and know that they are being handled appropriately.
Our AEG Rewards Program is a great benefit for customers and also a way for us to show our customers how much we appreciate their business. Customer companies can
earn reward points for every gallon of fuel and any AEG flight support service purchased. The points can be redeemed for gift cards, invoice credits or charitable contributions.

What motivates you to do well in trip planning?
One hundred percent is the only way I know how to do things. This is the mentality I have when it comes to always striving to provide our customers with the best products and services possible. Knowing that what we do directly affects the success of a trip motivates me to always give one hundred percent. Knowing that our clients were able to execute a safe and successful trip is validation for all the hard work. No two trips are the same and each has its own level of difficulties and complexities. The challenges that each trip presents keeps me motivated and on my toes.
What motivates you to lead the team?
Throughout my career, colleagues have shared their knowledge and expertise and help expand my skillset. Sharing my knowledge and providing guidance to others will not only help an individual, but also strengthen our team. This, in turn, means that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
