AEG Fuels inicia el suministro de Combustible Sostenible de Aviación para FedEx en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Miami

Nos enorgullece anunciar un importante hito en materia de sostenibilidad: AEG Fuels comenzó a suministrar Combustible Sostenible de Aviación (SAF) a FedEx en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Miami (MIA). Esta nueva alianza respalda los esfuerzos de FedEx por reducir las emisiones de carbono a lo largo del ciclo de vida, como parte de su objetivo de lograr operaciones carbono neutrales para 2040.
AEG está suministrando aproximadamente tres millones de galones de SAF mezclado, con una proporción mínima de mezcla del 30 %, para apoyar las operaciones de FedEx en MIA. Esta iniciativa no solo impulsa la descarbonización de uno de los mayores proveedores de logística del mundo, sino que también refuerza nuestro compromiso de ampliar las soluciones de combustible bajas en carbono en los principales centros de aviación del mundo.

Randy started as a Flight Planning Specialist in 2006. Cross trained and learned Ops/ITP and started doing both in 2008.

What motivates you to do well in trip planning?
One hundred percent is the only way I know how to do things. This is the mentality I have when it comes to always striving to provide our customers with the best products and services possible. Knowing that what we do directly affects the success of a trip motivates me to always give one hundred percent. Knowing that our clients were able to execute a safe and successful trip is validation for all the hard work. No two trips are the same and each has its own level of difficulties and complexities. The challenges that each trip presents keeps me motivated and on my toes.
What motivates you to lead the team?
Throughout my career, colleagues have shared their knowledge and expertise and help expand my skillset. Sharing my knowledge and providing guidance to others will not only help an individual, but also strengthen our team. This, in turn, means that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
